Reset Operations Manager When Locked Behind Ribbon Bar
Case:
The Operations Manager window gets lost behind the Ribbon Bar.
Cause:
The GUI interface gets corrupted.
Solution:
There are three ways to reset the Operation Manager location when it becomes locked behind the main ribbon bar.
Method 1.
Use the Advanced Configuration tool in Mastercam, Go to all programs>Mastercam 2018 folder>Advanced Configuration
From the Advanced Configuration select the reset option.
From the Reset on the right column, you will need to select from the drop-down and select Reset then select the green check and the bottom.
Start Verisurf and test if not corrected
Method 2
With Verisurf closed go to C:\Users\XXXXXXXX\Documents\my mcam2018\CONFIG and delete the Mastercam.Workspace file, then restart Verisurf.
This will reset the Operation manager
Method 3 (should not need to be used)
Open the Registry editor
Go to Computer\HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\CNC Software, Inc.\Mastercam XXXX (XXXX version number)
and delete the GUI folder.
The use of this method should be done by someone that has knowledge of working with the Registry editor!!!!
