Technical Tip - Deactivating a License Online




TECH TIP – DEACTIVATING A LICENSE ONLINE

Follow the process below to deactivate a license on the Computer with Verisurf and the Activation Wizard installed. This computer requires an Internet-connection to complete the deactivation process.

DEACTIVATING A LICENSE (INTERNET ACCESS)

  1. On the computer has the Activation Wizard installed, select Start, Mastercam Licensing Utilities, and Activation Wizard. The Product Activation Wizard displays.
  2. Select Online Activation/Deactivation.
  3. Select Deactivate an Existing License. 
  4. On the License Deactivation Selection page, select the License to deactivate. 


  1. Click Next.
  2. The Confirmation page displays. Ensure that the License you are about to deactivate is correct, then select Next.
  3. The Activation Wizard then checks your computer Internet connection and processes the deactivation.
  4. The Product Deactivation Successful page displays once your Mastercam products or evaluations are deactivated. Be sure to record your License number and Activation code. If applicable, you can reactivate your License on another computer or at a later date.
