Technical Tip - Renishaw Error Unable to Set Active Calibration

When the user is attempting to Set the active tool Calibration, the Renishaw UCC Server may go into an error state, giving the two errors shown on the right:

The possible cause of the errors are;

  1. The calibration process was run at too slow a speed; the calibration should be run at 100%.
  2. Probe in the wrong state.
  3. Attempting to use the incorrect scanning or probing module for the current machine type.
