Temp Comp / Temperature Settings Crash

Case:

When attempting to access temperature settings or inputting a material temp which results in a crash.

Cause:

The TemperatureCompensation.xml file is corrupt.

Solution:

1.) Navigate to C:\Users\Public\Documents\VDI\Settings


2.) Delete TemperatureCompensation.xml (Verisurf will replace the file the next time Start Device is selected)


3.) Launch Verisurf


4.) Start Device


5.) Click on the Show Temperature Settings icon


6.) Choose the Material Type and enter the Material Temp followed by selecting OK
