Windows Defender Network Software License Problem
The Mastercam License Server is unable to retrieve the license, please contact the Mastercam Dealer.
Windows Defender blocking the client from accessing the
server.
Step 1: Stop the CodeMeter processes:
- Go to Windows - All Programs - CodeMeter - CodeMeterControl Center
- Under Process - Stop Codemeter Service
Minimize Codemeter Control Center
- Go to Windows - All Programs - CodeMeter - CmAct
- Zip the contents of this folder and send to me (sean.leonard@verisurf.com)
- Delete the contents of this folder.
Restore Codemeter Control Center
Now return to the Activation Wizard, and you should be good to license.
